Comprehensive Implementation of Collibra Data Catalog and Governance Cloud
Drcherry Tech led projects to integrate and optimize Collibra for data cataloging and governance within the LMI Architecture. Starting with a Proof of Concept (PoC) to evaluate Collibraās capabilities, the team developed custom agents and set up an EC2 environment for Collibra using Ansible automation. Detailed requirements were gathered for the Collibra JobServer to ensure a solution tailored to the clientās needs. This approach improved data governance, streamlined cataloging processes, and enhanced the firm's ability to manage and organize its data assets effectively.
Voice-to-Voice AI System for Sales Persona Simulation
Drcherry Tech created a voice-to-voice AI conversation system to pitch products to simulated personas and get instant feedback. By adapting the Inworld API, usually used for video game avatars, the system generated personas with unique temperaments. It used a streamlined version of the OpenAI Whisper model for real-time transcription, ensuring AI responses kept pace with natural conversation. To measure performance, Salesforce Einstein provided a conversation review, which was then processed into a scorecard to evaluate the user's engagement and behavior.
Comprehensive Documentation for Data Pipelines and Control-M Standards
Drcherry Tech produced comprehensive documentation for key components of the LMI Architecture, focusing on data pipelines, Snowflake integration, and Control-M job orchestration. This included guides for setting up secure SA pipelines and updating Snowflake documentation to match the actual setup process. For Control-M, an enterprise automation tool, Theseus established job scheduling, monitoring, and error-handling standards to ensure consistent, reliable automation. Security protocols were thoroughly documented, detailing access controls, encryption, and data integrity checks for Snowflake integration. These resources support the team in maintaining system security, operational consistency, and long-term reliability.
Java-Based CI/CD Pipeline Templates with YAML-Driven Automation and Comprehensive Resource Generation
Drcherry Tech created reusable templates in Bamboo to simplify and automate the client's software deployment process. Configured with YAML files, the system automatically set up full development environments based on user feedback, deploying resources to Artifactory for efficient management. The pipelines also used SonarQube for automatic code quality checks, along with linting and testing whenever new code was submitted. This setup generated critical resources like GitHub repositories, CI/CD pipelines, backup systems, and infrastructure as code, all managed in AWS. This standardized, automated process sped up development, improved consistency, and reduced time-to-market.

Drcherry Tech implemented strong security measures for two data integration platforms, Snowflake and SnapLogic. For Snowflake, they created a security model with detailed access controls, data encryption at rest and in transit, and regular audits to ensure policy compliance. In SnapLogic, the team introduced role-based access controls, secured API connections, and real-time monitoring to quickly identify and respond to potential threats. PowerBI Auto-Refresh Implementation for Financial Survey
Drcherry Tech improved a financial firm's Earnings Survey reporting by adding an auto-refresh feature in PowerBI. The process started with creating a survey in Microsoft Forms to collect analysts' opinions on sector events. This data was sent to Snowflake via Power Automate and then pulled into PowerBI for a detailed 10-page analysis report. The report displayed current results and changes from the previous quarter. With the auto-refresh feature, the report stayed current with the latest data, providing real-time insights and eliminating manual updates.
Strategic Architecture Coordination for Fixed Income Web Portal
Drcherry Tech coordinated the architecture strategy across four engineering teams to improve the primary workflow application for the Global Fixed-Income Division of an investment management firm. The project introduced a data visualization UI with customizable widgets, giving users access to detailed information on portfolio performance. These widgets offered insights into areas like issuer coverage by analyst, quarterly asset allocation, subsector performance, and risk exposure.
